Click here for a copy of the Charitable Contribution Form   The form is valid if used in connection with a loan, obtained from 1st United Bank, to purchase or refinance a one-to-four family dwelling.  To be eligible for the $300.00 contribution, the Charity must be registered as a 501(c)3 organization with the Internal Revenue Service and a copy of the 501(c)3 letter must be provided before the contribution can be completed.  Borrower may designate the charity of their choice and must surrender the form at closing.  Only one contribution will be provided per loan.
